Our Story

A group of six young professionals came together in Kalyanpur, Kanpur Nagar, with one shared dream: to build something meaningful in healthcare that their town could be proud of. They spent months meeting in a modest house at Argi No. 1308, Barasirohi, turning sketches and late-night discussions into a concrete plan they would one day call OSMIUM HEALTHCARE LLP.

Rohit Kumar Gautam was the quiet strategist of the team, always the one with a notebook full of figures and timelines, making sure every idea had a solid foundation before it moved ahead. Beside him, Bilal Asad focused on the people side of healthcare, constantly asking how their work could improve the daily lives of families in and around Kalyanpur. Vipin Kumar, with his knack for coordination, became the natural bridge between the team’s vision and the formal processes they needed to follow.

Nishant Yadav and Abhishek Raj were the builders of the group, turning broad concepts into services, paperwork, and structure, ensuring that the partnership would stand strong under the LLP Act, 2008. They worked through forms, regulations, and requirements, aligning everything with the Registrar of Companies at RoC-Kanpur so their idea could officially come to life. When challenges appeared in the form of legal jargon and compliance rules, they treated each obstacle as just another step toward their goal.

At the center of it all stood Mohit Rajput, whose email address soon became the first point of contact for anyone curious about this new venture. Mohit handled calls, messages, and inquiries from that same Kalyanpur address, reassuring partners and well-wishers that even with a modest contribution of INR 3,00,000, they could build something that mattered. For the team, that number was not just money; it was a symbol of trust, sacrifice, and the belief that big changes often start with small, determined beginnings.

On 25 March 2025, their months of preparation crystallized into a single milestone: OSMIUM HEALTHCARE LLP was officially incorporated, listed as “Active” in the records of RoC-Kanpur. The date felt less like a formality and more like the opening chapter of a story in which six partners—Rohit, Bilal, Vipin, Nishant, Abhishek, and Mohit—had chosen to anchor their future in healthcare and residential care services for their community. From that day on, every update and record entry was a quiet reminder that an idea born in a small lane of Kalyanpur now had a recognized place in the wider world of Indian enterprises.
